Project Wedding IV

Κάποιοι θα έχετε ήδη λάβει ηλεκτρονική (αντί για έντυπη) πρόσκληση γάμου ή βάφτισης, άλλοι μπορεί να έχετε λάβει ακόμα και ένα url για το γαμήλιο site που έφτιαξαν ο γαμπρός και η νύφη. Όσον αφορά στο πρώτο, πάντα προτιμώ τις εκτυπωμένες προσκλήσεις, που τις κρατάς στο σαλόνι ή πάνω στο τζάκι χαζεύοντάς τες, αναμένοντας την ημέρα εκείνη. Όσον αφορά στο δεύτερο, μου αρέσει! Γιατί σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα αλληλεπίδρασης με το ζεύγος, τους λοιπούς καλεσμένους... χαζεύεις φωτογραφίες, διαβάζεις την ιστορία του ζεύγους, σχολιάζεις, ανταλλάσεις απόψεις... και βεβαίως το ζεύγος συγκεντρώνει εύκολα και έξυπνα πολύτιμα στοιχεία, όπως τον αριθμό των παρευρισκομένων.

Ε, αν νομίζετε ότι εδώ σταματούν τα gadgets και οι καινοτομίες είστε γελασμένοι! Καλωσορίστε τα wedding applications... και υπάρχουν αρκετά. Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει κανένα (δεν ξέρω αν έχουν εφαρμογή στην Ελλάδα) αλλά το Appy Couple φαίνεται τόσο όμορφο!

Some of you have certainly received an e-invitation (instead of a printed one) for a wedding or baby shower, others may even have received a url for the wedding site that the couple has created. Regarding the first one, I always prefer the printed invitations that you keep in the living room or on the fireplace, glancing at them until the day arrives. Regarding the second, I like it! Because it gives you the chance to interact with the couple and the rest of the guests... look at photos, read the couple's story, comment, exchange views... and of course, the couple collects in an easy and smart way valuable information, such as the number of attendees.

If you think though that you have seen all the gadgets and innovoations out there, please welcome the wedding applications... and there are a few. I have never tried any of them (I don't know if they are valid in Greece) but the Appy Couple looks simply beautiful!
