Αρμονία ♥ Harmony

Το είδα μόνη μου 5-6 φορές, άφωνη, πριν το μοιραστώ με τους φίλους. Είχα μείνει με ανοιχτό το στόμα... τέτοια ελαφρύτητα, σαν να μην έχει βάρος, τέτοια ηρεμία στην κίνηση, τέτοια αρμονία.. και όλα αυτά σε τόσο απαιτητικές 'ασκήσεις'. Είναι φοβερή αυτή η κοπέλα η οποία τεντώνεται σαν γάτα που μόλις έχει ξυπήσει και σιγά-σιγά ξεδιπλώνει όλο της το σώμα σε ένα γιόγκικο χορευτικό που νομίζω θα αφήσει και εσάς με ανοιχτό το στόμα... Είναι έμπνευση.

I watched it alone for 5-6 times, speechless, before sharing it with friends. Such lightness, as if she has no weight, such calmness in every action, such harmony... and all these amongst such demanding 'exercises'. She is amazing, this girl, who stretches as a cat that has just woken up and slowly unfolds all of her body in a yogi dance that I believe will leave you too speechless... She is such an inspiration.
